Trying to make changes to website with Notepad++ and Filezilla, uploads fine...?

But when I make changes and try to save the following shows up:



Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (203,98,82,82,227,88).

Command: STOR index.html

Response: 550 index.html: Permission denied

Error: Critical error

It might help if you post the the full FTP log, that way I can know what the problem is, BUT you probably had not opened the Remote Site. So, yes, change to the hosted directory first.
