If you want to remove yourself as a fan, go to the fan page you want to un-fan yourself from and on its wall, scroll down and on the left sidebar under everything else is a link that says ';Remove Me from Fans.'; That will remove you.
If you have the new facebook layout go to account and edit friends and then when the page uploads on the left side of the screen there should be ALL CONNECTIONS click on that and it should show friends and fan pages that you belong to just go through and click on the X's next to them and delete them
1. Go to the page you're currently a fan of

2. Look in the far bottom left hand corner

2. Click ';Remove me from fans';
