Changing the website background color according to the time of day.?

I need to make a script that would change the background color for about 2 minutes and switch back. Like 8:10 - 8:12.



I have seen a lot of background changers but they only work for 4 variables and only include hours.



Does anyone know how to change those hours so it can include minutes as well?Changing the website background color according to the time of day.?
What type of script are you using for the background changer. Also, why the 2 minute thing? Doing a page refresh to change the background so soon after a visitor arrives may not be the best idea.
