Someone has managed to change my website background!?

Hello I have discovered that someone has managed to change the background on my website on the following pages: sign in, sign up. And I can't change it back, does anyone know how I can fix this and stop it from happening again. The website is booknutter.webs.com.Someone has managed to change my website background!?
Your background picture is linked to:

bieberfeverr.webs.com

As you can see, that's not your website. Did you hotlink a picture from someones else site to use on your own? If so they can change the picture to anything they like because it is hosted on their site. Hot linking pictures is usually frowned upon. If you host your own images and then this won't happen in the future.

EDIT: March 18/10

Well your webpage is pointing to images on that website to use as the background.

%26lt;style%26gt;html {background-image:url('http://bieberfeverr.webs.com//photos/Pho !important;background-repeat:repeat !important;background-position:top left !important;}%26lt;/style%26gt;

If you want to get rid of it change the code above found in your websites html. It's in the template for your login page.

So again change this:

('http://bieberfeverr.webs.com//photos/Pho

to something like this:

('http://booknutter.webs.com/photos/login-

and upload whatever background picture you want with the same name into a directory named photos on your server.

Good Luck
