you are only viewing a local copy of one page (which is on your pc, not the internet), the change will not be applied to the online site - the only people that can change an online website are the people who own/control the site.How can i change a website?
You need to upload your updated files to the web server, via an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program. In order to use this program, you need to have privileged access to the web server, which is most frequently reserved for the webmaster or web server administrator, to protect integrity of the web pages displayed by their webserver.
