How do you change FrontPage scroll bar sizing?

We have FrontPage 2003 and we're trying to figure out how to change the website so that you can view the whole page on the internet. It cuts itself off at the bottom so you can't go down any further when we have more stuff to show.

Who knows how to change the vertical scroll bar on the right-handside's length so it can go down further?

We also did an inventory page using tables, and it cuts the table short.

Unless the site is running on IIS, and you view it in IE, it's not going to work right if you write it in Front Page. That's one of the reasons Front page was discontinued long ago. Load the page into Notepad++, or some other text editor, rip out all the Front Page crap (which will be about 90% of it) and fix up what's left so it's sane. (If you don't have a lot of HTML experience, just start over in a text editor - it'll take you months or years to figure out what's in that file that FP created. Most of it's not HTML, it's Microsoft HTML, which is only a distant relation to what web browsers need.)
