If you are talking about Y! Smart Tools then you are confused. Smart Tools doesn't have any user buttons. Maybe you are thinking about Custom buttons on the Y! toolbar. If so and you are using the IE Y! toolbar, click the settings button (avatar) on the Y! toolbar, click Add/Edit buttons and look at the right pane titled Your Toolbar Buttons. Highlight the MyBank button and click Edit and change your URL address. Save your changes.
