Can you change a website address on Webs.com after you've created it?

I'm making a website for a little business type thing I'm starting. I decided to use webs.com because it's easy to use, and I know how to do what I need to. I haven't thought of a name for it yet, so I'm wondering if I could call it something temporarily, then when I think of something good, I can change it. But I don't know if you can do that on webs.com...?Can you change a website address on Webs.com after you've created it?
Can't do that on any free hosting site unless you delete your free account and make a new one with the new name. That means you need to make sure you have a backup of your site on your computer so you can upload the files again.
