How do you change a website language to Farsi?

it needs to be written in farsi to begin with. sometimes when a page is written in a language other than english you need to encode the page to match the text. to do that right click on any part of the page (not a link or a text area tho!) and go to Encoding. to encode the page to match farsi, you need to choose either ';Unicode (UTF-8)'; or ';Arabic (Windows)'; (choose arabic windows only if your operating system is windows). one of these two should do the trick and match the page with the language. hope it works.
