Are there any good websites to learn how to create/change a website?

I have a company website that needs updating. I have the editing pass to get onto the editing portion. Will I be able to format and change colors, and add pictures?



Any advice on where to start - I would appreciate it!!

If the current site is well-designed, the content and the presentation (colors, pictures,etc) will be separate, and it'll use CSS. all depends on if your doing the web page in html or php, find out what kind of web page you will be doing and google ';php tutorials online'; or something along that line
