I use Yahoo Bookmarks that is part of the Yahoo Toolbar. Several bookmarks reference websites that have changed addresses (through mergers, rebranding, etc.). I tried to go into Bookmarks, and edit the link, but I am not allowed to do that (I can only change the description and tags). You can't change the URL. Try suggestions to Yahoo:

I've been hoping to phase in using Yahoo! Bookmarks, but due to this important missing feature, I've chosen to stay with Backflip (www.backflip.com) for now. They let you edit URLs upon saving and later editing.
