Go to the MSN page first.

Tools%26gt;Options. In the Main tab you should see Home Page. You can change the startup website there.

Don't forget to click OK. :D
Go to tools, options, and settings. It should be right there when it first comes up. Just delete the www.ask.com, and change it to www.msn.com. You can also have more than one tab open up, if you would like. Just make a list of them in a line (hit shift + enter to take you to the next line).

then click on the ';Main'; tab and type in the address of the site you want instead of ask.com.
go to msn.com, and right underneath sign-in is a button that says make msn your homepage.
