It CAN'T be done. Even if you could put EVERYONE involved behind bars for life, some one else will be doing EXACTLY the same thing before the first trial even starts. You CAN join the NUMEROUS efforts to educate potential victims about spotting fraud, but you will NEVER be entirely successful.How can a known internet/telemarketing scam be fatally crippled?
