As you can see, that's not your website. Did you hotlink a picture from someones else site to use on your own? If so they can change the picture to anything they like because it is hosted on their site. Hot linking pictures is usually frowned upon. If you host your own images and then this won't happen in the future.

Well your webpage is pointing to images on that website to use as the background.

If you want to get rid of it change the code above found in your websites html. It's in the template for your login page.
So again change this:
('http://bieberfeverr.webs.com//photos/Pho
to something like this:
('http://booknutter.webs.com/photos/login-
and upload whatever background picture you want with the same name into a directory named photos on your server.
