How can i change a website's language.?

Hi, i need some help with this.



I live in mexico but i want to see websites on english because i think most of spanish translations are not accuarate.



i believe it has something to do with my ip.



pages like wikipedia or youtube always redirect to the ';http://mx'; form, or in the ';http://es.'; form. but how can i change this?How can i change a website's language.?
Internet Explorer does not have a translator app but Firefox has translator extensions for every language. install Firefox [ get link ] and go the Firefox extension site/s and search for spainish or english translator extension
