How do I change my website by using PHP tables?

Hi. I have a website and I use to use frames, but I don't want to use those anymore, now it's just regular HTML on each page and I know PHP would be much easier. I use GoDaddy and I know they support PHP (Linux). I've searched the web and I know its super easy but I'm stumped and can't figure it out. My website is http://flavoredspace.com ..
