I currently have a website through yahoo, and I would like to switch to godaddy. How do I move my domain?Changing website host?
You just have to initiate domain name transfer!
I guess you want to switch to either Godaddy Economy or the Deluxe plan: http://www.hosttell.com/godaddy/
Here's the guide for transferring a domain name from Yahoo:
https://products.secureserver.net/guides…Changing website host?
You should check out the help files at Godaddy, they are great and also there are some video tutorials. I don't know about Yahoo so I could't tell you exactly but another option would be to cange the dns or nameservers to point to your Godaddy host
good luck
Did yahoo give you free domain ? then you cannot move it , you need to buy a new domain , you can check review of top ten web hosts at website like http://webhosting.abletoknow.org/ ,etc .
If you have bought the domain from somewhere else just change the name server to point to your new web host.
